Anchorage Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Member of Institutional Sales to join our recently created Porto product sales team which is a rapidly growing, internationally distributed team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base for Porto and driving revenue on a global scale. In this role, you'll work independently and collaboratively with various teams to build a strong sales funnel, create strategic partnerships, and act as a true ambassador for our suite of solutions.
We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Institutional Sales, Porto role:
Technical Skills:
- Drive SaaS sales efforts for Anchorage Digital, globally, originating new clients via sales campaigns and outbound, process driven sales activity.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Research, target, and outbound using a structured, process driven approach.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities with our global marketing team, top of funnel approach which leads into a strong sales funnel.
- Drive work independently, but closely work with Marketing, Product, Legal, Accounting teams to help drive the revenue engine for SaaS products, focusing on annual recurring revenue KPIs.
- Discover and drive strategic sales partnerships to drive new leads for Porto.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Be aware of the strategy of Anchorage to guarantee its successful implementation and is cross selling other solutions, sharing opportunities with all sales to drive client success.
- Leverage product knowledge across our suite of solutions to act as a true ambassador of Anchorage.
- Discover unique bundling opportunities for Anchorage products to enhance and speed up the sales cycle.
Communication and Influence
- Drives client conversations and lead the sales qualification efforts during outbound sales campaigns, focusing on a clear and efficient communication style to triage sales opportunities quickly.
- Network with key contacts outside their own area of expertise to help build brand awareness for our products.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Institutional sales experience within digital assets, financial services and/or SaaS, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- Direct crypto industry experience and network is required, and strong technical knowledge of digital assets.
- A team player and collaborative approach.
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s unique value proposition.
- A strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets and/or fintech.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if you:
- Have worked for both a large company and early stage startup.
- Have experience in late stage startups.
- Are on the leading edge of new protocol technology.
- Were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
