Barracuda's 2026 Internship is reserved for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and does not require work authorization, now or in the future. This role is hybrid based out of Campbell, CA and required on site days Tuesday and Wednesday.

We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Sales Operations Intern to join our Sales Operations Team. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will help us document and improve sales processes while leveraging AI tools to streamline Excel-based workflows. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and excited to learn something new.

What you'll be working on
  • Documenting and mapping current sales processes using flowcharts, SOPs, and internal tools
  • Automating Excel tasks using AI tools like Copilot
  • Supporting data cleanup, formula generation, and reporting enhancements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Creating training materials and guides for new tools and workflows
What you bring to the role
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a strong interest in learning them
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $24 - $36 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
