Barracuda Networks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our State, Local, and Education (SLED) Segment team. This role reports directly to the Americas SLED Segment Leader and plays a critical role in managing and expanding our contract portfolio across all 50 states. The ideal candidate does not require a legal background but must possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

What you will be working on
  • Manage and track contract renewals to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with partners on existing contracts and facilitate new agreements.
  • Identify and pursue new contract opportunities across all 50 states.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support current contracts and drive new business.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts, including expiration dates and renewal timelines.
  • Assist in the acquisition of new contracts and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on contract status to leadership and stakeholders.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a contract administrator
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in contract administration or sales support is a plus.
