Barracuda Networks is looking for a proactive, highly motivated leader with a hands‑on approach and a strong commitment to operational excellence to help us support our expanding sales team. In this role, you will have a great opportunity to join a busy sales organization in the cyber-security space. As you deepen your understanding of our company, solutions, and internal systems, you will help drive increased productivity, streamline processes, and elevate the overall effectiveness of our sales organization.
In this role, you will
  • Lead and grow a local team of Data Operations Analysts. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Utilize SFDC reports and cross-check Salesforce opportunities for data discrepancies to ensure that opportunities are accurate at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Analyze and ensure accuracy of financial data in quotes/opportunities in Salesforce and adjusting as necessary to align with new go-to-market sales approach
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Systems Team to implement system enhancements that strengthen operational workflows and data integrity
  • Provide in-office coaching and guidance to others within Revenue Operations org
  • Test new features and procedures to support automation initiatives and continuous system improvement
What you bring to the role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role
  • At least 3 years of experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, self‑driven leader who can quickly absorb new information, adapt to evolving business needs, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary
  • Strong “customer first” attitude
  • Solution‑oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective, scalable resolutions
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
