The Intelligence Analyst will specialize in Narrative Risk Intelligence. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in intelligence analysis, using Blackbird.AI’s AI-driven Constellation analytics platform to conduct multi-source social media analysis, identify risk areas, and create client deliverables.
In this role, you will support projects for private and public sector clients. Other responsibilities also extend to training external clients on Blackbird’s Constellation platform, contributing to thought leadership and marketing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As the Intelligence Analyst you’ll have the chance to:
- Conduct multi-source social media intelligence analysis using Blackbird.AI’s Constellation analytics platform to identify and monitor risk areas.
- Create client deliverables, including reports and presentations, based on analytical insights.
- Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide Constellation user training and other onboarding assistance to new clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership, marketing content, and customer satisfaction processes.
- Perform ad hoc intelligence, enablement, product, and administrative tasks, including Quality Assurance checks for Blackbird.AI’s software product, and troubleshooting Constellation customer issues.
