As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads and support our strategic sales initiatives.

- Develop and execute a strategic outbound plan to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the private sector, focusing on industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and technology.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate interest and secure meetings for the Sales team.
- Work closely with Commercial team members to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and support the sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on prospects and leads, ensuring data integrity.
- Openness to attend industry events, conferences, networking functions and travel to build brand awareness and expand our presence in the private sector market.
