We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer / Consultant to join our team. In this role you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and client success, ensuring that our innovative solutions deliver maximum value for our customers. This position involves working closely with clients, sales, and product teams to understand customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and support the deployment and adoption of our platform. As a Solutions Engineer / Consultant, you will:
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, helping them understand how Blackbird.AI’s platforms align with their goals and solves critical challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams during pre-sales and onboarding to deliver tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical support during implementation, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment process.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, highlighting key features and functionalities of the platform.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and driving platform adoption.
- Gather client feedback and insights, relaying them to internal teams to inform product improvements and new feature development.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Blackbird.AI’s technology and the broader risk intelligence and cybersecurity landscape.
- Build and foster strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and advocate for their success.
