Company Overview:BlueFlag Security is an early-stage startup delivering Identity Intelligence solutions for SDLC security and governance.Position Overview:Design, develop, and deliver high-quality data products aligned with customer and business objectives. Requires strong statistical analysis, ML algorithms, predictive modeling, and data visualization expertise.Responsibilities:- Build data products using modern data science practices- Perform statistical analysis, ML, predictive modeling, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, experimental design, visualization (Python/R/SQL)- Develop data pipelines, architectures, models, frameworks, tools, and platforms- Testing (unit/integration/load/penetration); code reviews; CI/CD; author documentationQualifications:- Bachelor’s in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Physics/Economics (Master’s/PhD preferred)- 2+ years data science experience- Strong hands-on experience with ML/statistics and Python/R/SQL- Excellent communication/collaboration; agile methodologies familiarityBenefits:Competitive base salary, health/dental/vision, stock options, 401(k), flexible/remote options, professional development.
