Strong focus on statistical analysis, ML, predictive modeling, and data visualization.Responsibilities- Develop data products using agile and modern data science practices- Perform statistical analysis, ML, predictive modeling, feature engineering, experimentation, and visualization (Python/R/SQL)- Build data pipelines, workflows, architectures, models, frameworks, libraries, tools, services, platforms, and infrastructure- Conduct unit/integration/load/penetration testing for data products- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD for data science- Contribute to technical documentation- Track emerging data science technologies and best practicesQualifications- Bachelor’s in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Physics/Economics or related (Master’s/PhD preferred)- 2+ years data science experience- Hands-on expertise in statistics, ML, predictive modeling, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, experimental design, visualization (Python/R/SQL)- Strong communication and collaboration; quick learner; familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/LeanBenefits- Competitive base salary; health/dental/vision; stock options; 401(k); flexible/remote; professional development
