As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.Position Overview:As an Enterprise Sales Executive specializing in developer security solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. Using your expertise in developer security and strong sales acumen, you'll identify opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and present persuasively to key stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts within the designated territory, focusing on companies with a significant developer presence.- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional security solutions.- Work with marketing and product teams to devise targeted sales strategies and compelling propositions tailored to the developer security market.- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations, articulating the benefits of our developer security offerings effectively.- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, with timely follow-up and accurate pipeline management using CRM tools.- Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in developer security to effectively position our solutions.- Collaborate with sales engineers and technical experts to respond to customer inquiries, overcome objections, and tailor solutions to client needs.- Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs as set by the sales leadership.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology, with a focus on developer tools, cybersecurity, or related solutions.- Experience in early-stage startup territory development highly desirable.- Track record of closing multiple $100,000+ enterprise deals.- Understanding of developer workflows, software development practices, and security challenges in development teams.- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to convey complex concepts to various audiences.- Keen business insight and strategic thinking to prioritize high-value opportunities.- Self-driven and outcome-focused, with a proactive approach to challenges.- Adaptable and persuasive in fast-paced settings.- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance- Stock options- 401(k) plan- Flexible scheduling and remote work options- Professional growth opportunities- Company events, outings, and recognition programsJoin BlueFlag Security to be part of a team revolutionizing developer security solutions, protecting digital assets, and enabling software innovation.
