As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.Position Overview:As an Enterprise Sales Executive specializing in developer security solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and enhancing relationships with existing accounts. With your expertise in developer security and strong sales acumen, you will identify business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise accounts within the designated territory, focusing on companies with a significant developer presence.- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional security solutions.- Partner with marketing and product teams to craft targeted sales strategies and value propositions that resonate within the developer security market.- Perform thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to clearly convey the advantages of our developer security offerings.- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closure, ensuring prompt follow-up and precise pipeline management with CRM tools.- Remain abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in developer security to strategically position our solutions.- Work closely with sales engineers and technical experts to address customer inquiries, navigate objections, and curate solutions that fulfill client requirements.- Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals, quotas, and KPIs as established by the sales leadership.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is beneficial.- Over 10 years of successful enterprise sales experience in the technology sector, preferably in developer tools, cybersecurity, or akin solutions.- Valued previous experience in early-stage startup territory growth.- A history of closing multiple deals valued at $100,000 or more.- A robust understanding of developer workflows, software development methodologies, and prevalent security challenges within development teams.- A consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a quota-driven setting.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.- Acute business insight and strategic planning abilities, adept at identifying and focusing on high-impact opportunities.- A self-starter attitude, results-focused with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and initiative-taking.- The capacity to adapt and assert influence in fast-moving environments.- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.- Readiness to travel as necessary for client interaction and industry conferences (up to 30% travel).Benefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage- Stock options- 401(k) retirement plan- Work schedule flexibility and remote work options- Opportunities for professional development- Corporate events, outings, and recognition programsJoin BlueFlag Security and contribute to a team that's transforming developer security solutions, safeguarding digital assets, and promoting software innovation.
