About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our direct sales team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for guiding the team to achieve business growth and expand market presence. This position requires interacting closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure sales strategies support overarching company goals.
Role Expectations
- Collaborate closely with the SVP of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving growth, acquiring new customers, and achieving goals.
- Coach, develop, and empower a team of sales professionals to successfully achieve targets set by the organization.
- Hire top talent to the sales team as needed.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture new business.
About You
- 6+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of managing a high-performing sales team.
- A proven ability to convey ideas, strategies, and data clearly and persuasively to all levels of the organization.
- A successful track record of leading sales teams through the full sales cycle from planning to closing deals.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
- Ability to leverage business acumen and market insights to inform sales strategies and solutions.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Salary: $275- 315K OTE
