About Corsha:
At Corsha we're not just selling software; we're fundamentally reshaping how the most critical industrial and operational technology (OT) systems are secured. We're a cyber startup in the DC area, driven by a mission to bring trust, resilience, and identity to the operational systems that power our world – from factories to power grids. We're building the future of machine identity security, and we need a dynamic technical evangelist to join our front lines.
Are you a technical visionary who can articulate the impossible?
This isn't a desk job. You'll be the crucial link between our cutting-edge engineering team and the clients who desperately need our solutions. You'll dive deep into their OT environments, demonstrate the power of a Machine Identity Provider (mIDP) tailored to their world, and architect solutions that solve their most pressing machine identity challenges. If crave tangible impact, then this is your arena.
Do you thrive on translating complex engineering into compelling solutions for the real world?
Your Mission: Empower & Educate Our Future Customers
We're seeking a Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer with a rare blend of deep technical prowess and exceptional communication skills. You'll be the trusted technical advisor to our prospective clients, helping them understand, evaluate, and ultimately embrace our groundbreaking machine identity platform for OT systems. You'll be working with sophisticated buyers who demand technical credibility and practical solutions, often involving bare-metal, Kubernetes, and complex industrial networks.
This role demands a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, a passion for problem-solving on the fly, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
What You'll Be:
● Technical Authority & Storyteller: Become the authoritative voice on our platform's technical capabilities, architecture, and value proposition for OT environments. Translate complex bare-metal Kubernetes and Docker deployments and machine identity concepts into clear, digestible, and compelling narratives for diverse technical and business audiences.
● Solution Architect & Demonstrator: Lead deep-dive technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. Design and configure tailored solutions that address specific client challenges within their unique OT network topologies and security requirements.
● Bridge to Engineering: Act as the critical feedback loop between prospective clients and our product/engineering teams. Gather market intelligence, client requirements, and technical hurdles to directly influence our product roadmap.
● Competitive Intelligence: Stay relentlessly up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in OT, IAM, Docker, Kubernetes, and bare-metal. Leverage this knowledge to strategically position our solutions.
● Content Creator: Develop and refine technical presentations, demos, whitepapers, case studies, and other sales enablement materials that showcase the power and unique advantages of our platform.
● Event Evangelist: Represent Corsha at industry conferences, webinars, and other events, showcasing our thought leadership and technical innovation.
● Problem Solver & Trust Builder: Identify client pain points, uncover unspoken needs, and build deep technical trust through your expertise and genuine desire to solve their problems.
What You’ll Bring:
● 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or highly customer-facing engineering role, ideally within cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure.
● Deep, demonstrable understanding of Machine Identity Solutions: You don't just know the buzzwords; you understand state-of-the-art of identity and authentication technologies from OAuth and JWTs to PKI, certificates, and secrets management).
● Hands-on experience with bare-metal infrastructure: You're comfortable with the intricacies of physical server networking, VLANs, routing, and configuring network interfaces without cloud provider abstractions.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills: You can fluidly adapt your message from C-level executives to deeply technical engineers, both verbally and in writing.
● A "builder" mindset: Even in a pre-sales role, you should have an engineer's curiosity and a desire to understand how things work and why they break.
● Problem-solving aptitude: Ability to quickly understand complex customer environments and design elegant, practical solutions.
● A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events.
Bonus Points For:
● OT Expertise: Understanding industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA), control systems, and the unique security challenges of operational technology will set you apart.
● Strong grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices are second nature.
● Strong proficiency in Docker networking: In-depth knowledge of Docker network drivers, bridge networks, overlay networks, and container-to-container communication.
Why Forge Your Path with Corsha?
● Front-Row Seat to Impact: Directly contribute to securing critical infrastructure and industrial systems. Your efforts enable tangible, real-world protection.
● Pioneer the Future: Work at the bleeding edge of machine identity, OT cybersecurity, and cloud-native technologies in non-traditional environments.
