For Operational Systems

Where: Tysons, VA (Hybrid)

Supporting: Our Chief Market Officer

About Corsha:

At Corsha we're not just selling software; we're fundamentally reshaping how the most critical industrial and operational technology (OT) systems are secured. We're a cyber startup in the DC area, driven by a mission to bring trust, resilience, and identity to the operational systems that power our world – from factories to power grids. We're building the future of machine identity security, and we need a dynamic marketing leader to join our front lines.

Tired of the Status Quo? Ready to Secure the Unseen? Here’s your Opportunity:

This is a high-impact, results-oriented role. You'll be the crucial link between our cutting-edge technology and the market that desperately needs our solutions. You'll lead high-performing, full-funnel marketing programs, driving the growth of Corsha’s pipeline and ensuring our messaging solves our customers' most pressing machine identity challenges. If you crave tangible impact and thrive on building a scalable marketing engine, then this is your arena.

Do you thrive on translating complex engineering into compelling stories for the real world?

Your Mission: Drive Growth & Fuel the Funnel

We're seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager with a rare blend of strategic thinking, MarTech acumen, and exceptional communication. You'll be driving our marketing and demand gen programs, helping us achieve our revenue goals and maximize the visibility of our groundbreaking platform to secure OT systems. You will drive multi-channel campaigns to deliver growth on time and within budget, with a focus on building a sustainable lead generation engine.

This role demands a proactive, "builder" attitude, a passion for engaging with prospects and customers, and the ability to grow an effective marketing engine.

What You’ll Forge:

  • Campaign Expertise & Execution: Own, build, and scale multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital channels including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google, and email to drive engagement, conversion, and qualified pipeline. Design targeted buyer journeys informed by account intelligence, buying group dynamics, and community signals.
  • ABX Target Account Marketing: Partner with Sales to define and operationalize named-account strategies, segmentation models, and buying group engagement. Execute coordinated ABX programs that nurture accounts through the buyer journey.
  • Events & Community: Strengthen Corsha’s presence across industry communities, events, and peer networks by delivering high-impact event programs and activating community engagement that builds brand awareness, advocacy, and referrals.
  • Performance & Optimization: Measure campaign performance across channels and run continuous experiments to improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Management: Drive marketing-generated pipeline by optimizing conversion across the full funnel from lead acquisition through opportunity creation, growing pipeline velocity and revenue contribution.
  • HubSpot Operational Backbone: Build and operate our marketing campaign engine in HubSpot for lead acquisition, campaign execution, reporting, and funnel insight.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing early-stage or growth-stage companies.
  • Direct experience in the B2B cybersecurity market is a must.
  • Requires proficiency with HubSpot as a campaign, automation, and reporting platform.
  • Must have proven experience with AI marketing tools and workflows to enhance performance, not just copywriting.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills: You can fluidly adapt your campaigns across segments, roles and audiences.
  • A builder mindset: You are proactive in innovating with new ideas while identifying problems and solutions to ensure marketing success.
  • Data-driven aptitude: Ability to use dashboards and performance metrics to guide strategy and track pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and operating with partial guidance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Dual-Use Products: Proven ability to market a single technical solution effectively across both commercial enterprise and federal sectors.
  • Experience managing physical and virtual events, from intimate CISO dinners to BlackHat RSA to niche technical and community events
  • OT Security Fluency: Deep understanding of the Operational Technology (OT) landscape.

Why Forge Your Path with Corsha?

  • Direct & Tangible Impact: Your campaigns won't just be noise in an inbox; they will be the bridge that connects critical infrastructure to the security it desperately needs. This is an opportunity to see your strategies translate directly into the protection of power grids and factories, making a measurable, real-world difference by ensuring our mission-critical message reaches the people who keep our operational systems running.
  • Pioneer the Future, Hands-On: Work at the bleeding edge of machine identity, OT cybersecurity, robotics, physical AI, and cloud-native technologies in non-traditional environments. You'll be directly contributing to the campaigns and strategies that are defining the future.
  • Growth & Ownership in Action: Working at a startup, your direct contributions will have a significant impact on our marketing objectives and our company's growth. You'll work with incredible people and have a direct hand in shaping our success.
  • Collaborative & Problem-Solving Culture: Join a brilliant and passionate team dedicated to solving the hardest deployment and integration challenges. We foster a collaborative, intellectually stimulating, and supportive environment where your leadership and relationship-building skills will be highly valued.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Wellness days, Generous PTO, Company-covered healthcare, 401k matching, paid parental leave, and of course snacks, lunches, and sustenance.
