The role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Technical Director, the Senior CT Specialist Partner will with the Key Account Team to develop strategic and technical account plans and walk customers and prospect through demos and Proof of Values for Darktrace in their environment. You will identify new opportunities for upsells by creating and developing strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners and collaborate with Customers on Technology reviews, product findings, and integration with other technologies they may have. You will also be supporting responses to RFIs/RFPs while designing deployment plans and architectures for customers.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a software sales engineer or technical account manager role; experience in cybersecurity strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and supporting Fortune 500 organizations
  • Experience in consultative selling and POV success criteria definition
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
