More about the role:

We are looking for a driven and results focused Sales Director to join our established Canadian team. You'll be working with a team of successfully established Account Executives blended with new hires as we continue to grow our business. Day to day you'll be:

  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high producing sales team and in doing so generating revenue opportunities for the organization,
  • Assisting in recruiting, growing and maintaining of your sales team,
  • Formulating and executing on monthly and quarterly sales plans,
  • Assisting your sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations,
  • Conducting weekly forecast review and quarterly progress review sessions,
  • Managing productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality
  • Ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient,

Qualifications & experience:

We welcome applications from candidates who combine 4-5 years of software sales experience with around 1-2 years of successful sales management in an enterprise environment. You'll also have:

  • A successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise level,
  • Experience driving performance management and enabling the success of other individual contributors,
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory account mapping, research and planning and running discovery meetings.
