This is a fast paced and autonomous role where the experience of our candidates is always front of mind. You’ll also be supporting the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, working very closely with the business throughout.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own hiring for assigned department(s) and deliver on quarterly headcount targets
  • Collaborate with business and team leaders to define ideal candidate profiles
  • Source high quality candidates through direct messaging, adverts, and referrals program
  • Provide prompt, constructive resume and interview feedback to TA Associates to support their high-volume sourcing efforts
  • Participate in career events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and build a passive pipeline
  • Collect and apply interview feedback to improve
  • Track, clean and update weekly metrics and feedback within Greenhouse to accurately assess your performance and pipeline, while also identifying potential blockers within the interview process
  • Guide both the candidate and the business through the offer process, pre-closing candidates and creating paperwork, always with a view to a high acceptance rate
  • Head projects including, but not limited to process improvement, streamlining, and enhancing candidate experience, up-skilling the business, promoting DEI and interview training

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum two years of experience in 360 recruitment, in-house or third party
  • Strong communication skills, you’ll create compelling messages and be able to adjust your tone to your audience
  • Able to build lasting relationships with business stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management
  • Well organized, able to create order from chaos
  • Willingness to suggest and implement process improvements and undertake projects
  • Attention to detail with a desire to complete tasks and follow up to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • An interest in candidate experience and an understanding of what good should look like
