Sr. Manager, Global Campaigns

About the Position
The Sr. Manager, Global Campaigns drives strategies to engage and convert prospects and customers with the ultimate goal of generating qualified sales pipeline globally. We are looking for an experienced, integrated marketer who is sales-aligned and will partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Brand, Marketing Ops and others to originate and execute end-to-end campaigns that drive growth. This is an opportunity for someone who has a customer-first approach to marketing, building value-based campaigns, prioritizing team collaboration and who thinks both strategically and tactically to meet targets.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate sales qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Develop and deploy campaigns, including proper targeting, timing, execution and alignment with internal teams and subject matter experts.
  • Successfully partner with digital teams to launch multi-channel programs across email, paid social, paid search, content syndication, display advertising and 3rd party media.
  • Collaborate with product marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign stages reflect appropriate messaging that aligns to the buyer’s journey.
  • Plan, create, write, refine, campaign strategy and overarching campaign themes that are globally relevant and align/support the corporate strategy.
  • Work closely with the creative team, content creators, external agencies, and 3rd party content partners to develop impactful marketing assets and collateral.
  • Champion a global and integrated marketing mindset with every campaign
  • Demonstrate excellence and repeatability with an account-based strategy to build campaigns that leverage a targeted account list.
  • Oversee and lead campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established targets.
  • Define and monitor KPI’s to track campaign success, measure pipeline and revenue growth, account engagement and funnel velocity.
  • Work closely with, and provide guidance to, regional marketing teams in implementing global campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to drive optimizations and maintain a clear understanding of campaign progress, outcomes and ROI.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a global marketing team.
  • Experience marketing to a technical B2B buyer
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders and third parties to drive results.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and current marketing trends
  • Must be a creative and analytical thinker, with superb writing skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in content strategy and development
  • Proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and communicating the progress of meaningful objectives and goals.
  • Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and sense of accountability
  • Integrated marketing experience, including media, sponsorships, and event marketing.
