In this role you’ll be joining Darktrace’s Federal Infrastructure and Technical Support Team and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining Federal Microsoft based infrastructure, managing assets and delivering technical day-to-day support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and provide expertise on the Microsoft SaaS including managing a dedicated tenant
  • Expert in inTune and deliver a robust MDM platform commensurate with the needs of a security company
  • Assist the development team where needed by researching and keeping up speed with new technologies
  • Advance Federal project work by learning and using technologies across the Microsoft suite of applications
  • Work closely with the PLC IT team and mirror process and best practice where applicable
  • Document and automate repetitive processes
  • Internalize a security-first mindset and evangelize best practices
  • Understand the Apple eco-system and be capable of managing Apple inTune managed devices
  • Support the user-base as a Microsoft expert SaaS

Requirements:

For this role you need to be tenacious, driven and have the following skill set:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • 3+ years IT Support Experience - Tier 1-2
  • Basic network troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adaptable
  • Degree from a leading university
