The Technical Operations Team plays a key part in our internal system development by working with our key stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and prioritise requests to drive change internally. To be successful in this role, Technical Operations Executives are the experts in their systems and processes, with a key attention to detail and enthusiasm for driving continuous improvement of the systems they support to meet the growing needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling system and process related queries from Business and Technical teams.
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed and amended correctly following a detailed knowledge of our systems.
  • Taking responsibility and resolving any system hygiene issues
  • Enabling and driving engagement from the technical teams in using new processes
  • Understand and capture business requirements to identify and resolve systems/process challenges
  • Prioritisation of development requests
  • Collaborate with development teams in the planning, design, development and deployment of our internal applications and enhancements to deliver new business capabilities
