Role:

We are seeking an experienced technical enablement specialist to join our growing Academy team as the Technical Enablement Manager for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will oversee the EMEA technical enablement programs for all technical functions in the region, as well as all internal industry, technology, and product education. You will have experience either as a pre/post-sales engineer with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and a passion for enabling others.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical enablement programs for technical roles in EMEA. This includes the design, creation and delivery of technical enablement programs such as:
    • Onboarding of technical roles including Cyber Engineers, Cyber Technologists
    • Ongoing enablement of technical functions via Instructor-Led of eLearning training
    • New product launches, ensuring technical roles have the capabilities to execute.
    • Manage EMEA technical certification programs
  • Work with senior stakeholders across the business and Academy team to capture training requirements and put into place action plans
  • Strategise and execute on quarterly training program for all technical teams
  • Perform analysis of technical skills & knowledge gaps across EMEA teams
  • Build and maintain technical enablement reports for performance and auditing purposes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s from a top-tier accredited university with strong academic performance in a STEM subject.
  • A proven track record in technical role with advanced knowledge of deploying and implementing enterprise-wide software solutions
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premises and cloud networking and technologies. Familiarity with full cybersecurity stack and attack methodologies preferred.
  • Proficiency in technical language with an ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to various audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced, innovative team.
  • Fluent in English, other European languages (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and a willingness to continuously develop your skillset.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g. Mindtickle) (desirable)
