Job Summary

As a Strategic Program Manager (Strategic Business Development Executive) at Darktrace, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. In close partnership with the Key Account Executives in your region, you will provide qualified leads, market intelligence and strategic insights that enhance the sales process. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential business opportunities; quickly and thoroughly develop knowledge of your account list to create value-centric and personalized messaging.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through target outreach, networking, and engagement with key stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the cybersecurity and technology space.Act as the liaison between Darktrace and potential clients, understanding their needs and articulating the unique value proposition of Darktrace's solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities using our CRM; generate regular reports and analysis on key performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3yrs of experience as a BDR, must have sourced/broken into strategic or enterprise level accounts.
  • Experience multi-threading, cadence-building, objection-handling and creating new business opportunities
  • Clear, working sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Seeking a target-driven, meritocratic environment with exceptional opportunities for advancement.
  • French and English speaking.
