To support Darktrace’s unstoppable growth, Darktrace is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Trainer who has the passion, experience and know-how to inspire sales people to sell Darktrace solutions through outstanding customer engagement. This exciting role has high visibility throughout our organisation and entails delivering industry leading training to Field Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and our partner network in the EMEA region.

This is a hybrid opportunity working from our Central London office 2 to 3 times a week.

Responsibilities for this role include:

The Senior Sales Enablement Trainer will be responsible for delivering onboarding & sales training programs effectively, achieving high scoring evaluation ratings and feedback. Also, working directly with our Sales Enablement Director and sales management team in order to develop new training content, internalize and prepare for delivery of new programs. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Delivering group training, facilitating workshops and providing 1:1 coaching ,
  • Designing learning programs to drive skill development with tenured and new employees,
  • Instructional design, including classroom, virtual & elearning,
  • Meeting with stakeholders, when necessary, to plan work and solicit feedback and requirements,
  • Conducting skills gap analyses, to identify areas of improvement by working closely with the sales team to identify challenges they face on-the job.

Skills & qualifications:

We welcome applications with strong sales experience and cyber security industry knowledge coupled with charisma and experience in transferring skills as a sales trainer whilst being supported by superior presentation and facilitation skills. You will be familiar with Sales Methodologies and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). You will be practiced in adjusting your delivery style to your audience and know how to apply sales skills to real life sales scenarios by leveraging your own field examples. You might additionally have:

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a qualification framework,
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, classroom delivery and management skills,
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal,
  • High level of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail,
  • Qualifications in teaching and sales are desirable but not essential,
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a requirement.
