Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Partner Program Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Darktrace partner program. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing org and work across the organization; the successful candidate will collaborate and interface with key internal leaders across Partner Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and others.

Applicants should have experience building and managing programs to support and accelerate growth in a diverse partner ecosystem, be strategic thinkers, results-oriented, data-driven and effective communicators.

Location: United States - This position offers remote flexibility. The select candidate my be based local to any US Darktrace office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the design, financial modeling, implementation, and management of our partner program financial incentives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our partner investments and programs, identify areas to improve, enhance and optimize.
  • Create policy and process to ensure partner business is exceeding legal and finance compliance requirements.
  • Create KPIs and design dashboards to drive data driven decision making.
  • Partner with finance on incentive forecasting, expense recognition and partner payments.
  • Manage all aspects of the global partner incentives and investments program budget.
  • Develop program vehicles that will accelerate net-new business growth, through a combination of investments and rewards.
  • Architect and implement seller activation initiatives to support partner seller capacity targets.
  • Understand the complexities and different needs of channel GTM between different countries and tailor programs to meet those needs.
  • Provide direct support to partners for questions on program requirements, benefits, or status of incentive payments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of global partner incentive programs.
  • Experience in developing incentives to meet the needs of different partner business models and geographies.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience creating and managing dashboards and analytics with enterprise business intelligence software such as Tableau.
  • Experience in leveraging Salesforce to manage partners and program components.
  • Understanding of an end-to-end software product lifecycle and software subscriptions.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels through open, honest, two-way, and frequent communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities.
