At Darktrace, as a Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding our customer retention targets across our accounts within EMEA. You will partner with the regional sales and customer success teams, to ensure that our customers are seeing the full value of the software, leading to a successful renewal.

This is a hands on, individual contributor role that is quota carrying.

Day to day you'll be:

  • Working across multiples teams to secure renewals and close upsell opportunities within assigned territories,
  • Forecasting and delivering against substantial retention targets,
  • Managing negotiations with both customers and partners and will also take the lead in resolving service delivery, support of account issues effecting the renewal.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of attending our London office a minimum of twice a week. You will also have the opportunity for occasional travel nationally and internationally to visit clients.

Candidate requirements

The successful candidate will likely have strong experience in account management, with a focus on renewals in a SaaS organisation. We will be interested to explore your track record and approach to renewals as part of the interview process. Darktrace works with the world’s largest organisations, so you must be able to show experience of working with C-Level executives at multinational organisations. It's likely that your skills will also include:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ambitious approach,
  • Experienced working in a fast paced Renewals role,
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other sales teams to achieve your goals,
  • Confidence when speaking with C-level executives within the customers organisation,
  • Experience of pricing and contact negotiation,
