Job Summary

The Technical Channel Manager is responsible for leading the technical relationship with a short list of partners in North America. Working collaboratively with Channel Alliance Managers and Partner Business Managers (PBMs), solution specialists and other partner resources to empower our partners to sell and deliver Darktrace solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the technical side of the Partner relationship with Darktrace and increase their competency with our entire platform.
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers, Channel Alliance Managers and marketing teams to drive partner sales and exceed partnership revenue goals.
  • Increase partner sales and delivery capacity around key focus areas.
  • Manage and grow the technical accreditations and certifications held by the partner.
  • Mentor and enable partner technical sellers on the Darktrace platform and associated services.
  • Develop Vision, Strategy and Roadmaps with the partners deliverables to meet technical solutions.
  • Participate in and drive elements of the pre-sales process to understand customer business, technical objectives, and product requirements.
  • Participate in regional marketing events to promote Darktrace and Partner strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Darktrace Business Units to provide real-time feedback and trends to help drive accurate roadmaps based on partner and customer needs and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of sales engineering experience.
  • Driven – need for success, highly energetic with a strong hands-on, “can do” approach.
  • The successful candidate must have a fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cyber security, network architecture and cloud architecture.
  • Entrepreneurial – willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, “get it done” attitude.
  • Strives in moving in a fast-paced environment; including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up and high levels of partner interaction to support the growth of opportunities and run rate business.
  • A high level of business acumen and experience working with C-level personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business issues.
  • Smart, adaptable and open-minded.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Can accommodate travel for the position.

Total Compensation Range: $100,000 - $225,000 USD
