Darktrace has experienced rapid growth since its foundation, and currently employs over 2000+ employees across 40+ global offices. This growth is driving expansion in the Cyber Defence Operations teams, and we are looking to recruit additional Export Co-ordinators to support our business with delivering our world class Cyber Intelligence Platform to our growing client base globally. As an export co-ordinator, you will be directly responsible for organising outbound and return shipments of our equipment, communicating with our commercial and field teams, as well as directly with our clients.


The successful candidate will be handling any shipping/export email queries received from the Account Executives and Cyber Technologists with regards to their accounts and appliances. As well as liaising with customers to arrange the export of our appliances, helping them to prepare them for shipment and arrange the courier service for them to be collected and returned. Export coordinators monitor all shipments to ensure they arrive on time and resolve any issues encountered along the way to keep the process as smooth and quick as possible.

Further role responsibilities include:

• Ensuring monthly targets of exports are hit in order to have the required number of appliances returned to our appliance hubs for re-purposing.
• Helping to arrange and prepare shipments out of our depots primarily but also assisting other departments in any shipping requirements they may have.
• Maintaining records on our internal systems to ensure that all information is current and accurate with regards to the whereabouts of all stock.
• Ensuring that the general day to day running is smooth and efficient.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience working in an office environment and dealing with administrative tasks is essential as well as having excellent numeracy and communication skills.

Other requirements include:

• Being organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise work (Essential).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel (Essential)
• Experience in dealing with courier services and international shipments (Desirable)
