To support Darktrace’s incredible growth, Darktrace is looking for a Sales Enablement Director who has the passion, experience, and know-how to inspire sales people to sell Darktrace solutions through outstanding customer engagement. This exciting role has high visibility throughout our organisation and entails delivering industry leading training to Field Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and our partner network in the EMEA and APAC region.

This is a hybrid role working from our central London office 2 to 3 times a week.

Role responsibilities:

The Sales Enablement Director will be responsible for managing and delivering onboarding and sales training programs effectively, achieving high scoring evaluation ratings and feedback. You'll also be working directly with our VP of Sales and our go to market teams including sales management in order to develop new training content, internalise and prepare for delivery of new programs. You'll additionally be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of sales enablement instructors across EMEA and APAC on a day to day basis, planning and delivering the sales enablement schedule,
  • Monthly enablement reporting for the Academy as well as providing feedback to key GTM stakeholders,
  • Skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement by working closely with the sales team to identify challenges,
  • Working with your team on new training programs,
  • You will be expected to project manage activities and work to tight deadlines. These projects could include:
    • Content development of new instructor-led or eLearning courses
    • Coordination of live training events.

Skills & qualifications:

We welcome applications from candidates who have experience in sales training and managing a team. You'll naturally have strong presentation, facilitation and people management skills. Ideally you'll be familiar across a range of sales methodologies and and experience of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), is a plus. You'll be able to adjust your delivery style to your audience and will know how to apply sales skills to real life scenarios by leveraging your own sales experience. Additionally you may have:

  • Experience with Enterprise-level sales cycles, having personally closed new business, ideally in both an IC and leadership role
  • Previous experience in an enablement role,
  • Familiarity with Sales Methodologies and Sales Frameworks such as MEDPICC and Value Selling,
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including fluency in English both written and spoken,
  • High levels of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail,
  • Relevant enablement and/or sales qualifications are desirable but not essential,
