We are seeking a talented and experienced SmartNIC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with programmable network cards for CPU offloaded processing, strong embedded C skills, and a deep familiarity with DPDK. This role will involve writing and optimizing code for SmartNICs and userspace software to process network traffic.

This role offers a hybrid setup, with a minimum requirement of two days per week in our Cambridge office.

In this role you will be developing, Optimizing, and maintaining code for SmartNICs.

  • Write and maintain NIC drivers.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement high-performance network traffic processing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues.
  • Continually stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

We welcome applications from candidates who have a proven experience developing for SmartNICs.

  • A strong proficiency in embedded C.- Extensive experience with programmable network cards.- Working knowledge of the DPDK library, experience with eBPF is also desirable.
  • Experience optimizing code for SmartNICs.Experience writing kernel drivers (optional).
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
