Job Summary

This role is a part of the WW Sales Strategy and Planning team within WW Revenue Operations. As a critical part of the WW Sales Strategy & Planning team you will own the company’s Sales Compensation program, which entails developing, executing on, and analyzing Darktrace’s Sales Compensation & Incentives strategy.

Location: US - Any Darktrace office location

Key Duties & Responsibilities

This role will act as a strategic partner with the CRO leadership and provide strong guidance and recommendations based on analytics to design competitive incentive plans that align with corporate objectives in a legal and compliant manner. Specifically, this role will:

  • Drive all aspects of compensation design for roles across the CRO organization (including Sales, Solution Engineer, Customer Success, Partners, Management, Business Development, and others). Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Sales Commissions & Ops in the process.
  • Deliver insightful comp analytics that lead to improvements in the design and effectiveness of compensation models and communicate those insights to senior leaders throughout the organization.
  • Monitor the health of sales compensation plans and support quota/compensation inquiries throughout the year.
  • Define, iterate on, and own a key set of policies that pertain to sales compensation.
  • Develop communication materials and ensure that all existing and new hires have a full understanding of their compensation plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BA/BS degree and 10+ of years experience in Sales Operations and/or Sales Compensation.
  • Willingness to partner, collaborate and influence across functional areas (e.g. Finance, People Operations and Sales) and support multiple business partners.
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
  • SFDC and Xactly familiarity and knowledge of typical enterprise SaaS tools.
  • Considerable experience interacting with Leaders at the VP level as well as experience collaborating closely with leaders at the Sr. Director level and below.
