Job Summary

This role is a part of the WW Sales Strategy and Planning team within WW Revenue Operations. As a critical part of the WW Sales Strategy & Planning team, this role will focus heavily on providing analytical support for the Go-To-Market organization, specifically on Annual Operating Planning and other WW Strategic priorities. Primary responsibilities include leveraging data to provide unique insights, building dashboards with operational KPIs, leading projects, providing data analysis, and enabling data excellence (leveraging tools like Salesforce.com and Power BI to do so).

The Sr. Analyst must be comfortable wearing multiple hats: reporting and analytics subject matter expert, project manager, business partner, trusted advisor to senior leadership. They should be passionate about data driven decision making and will act as a champion for data and work to empower the GTM team’s use of it.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

This role will act as a strategic partner with Darktrace Revenue Operations leadership to develop reporting and analyze and interpret data. You will present insights and recommendations based on the data to management for decision making and strategic planning. Specifically, this role will:

  • Analyze/Model data and build comprehensive reports and dashboards that evaluate business effectiveness and impact.
  • Use business data, statistical methods and/or suitable ML techniques to provide insight into business performance and suggest areas and methods of improving operations.
  • Develop and oversee processes for effective data analysis and reporting on the relevant metrics, ensuring quality output and presentation.
  • Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards to provide visibility of business and operational performance across GTM KPIs.
  • Collaborate with extended stakeholders on the areas of reporting & analytics to improve accuracy and concerns with the data.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to incorporate and align reporting that is not globally consistent.
  • Provide guidance and training to business users on best practices for data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often unstructured problems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BA/BS degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in Analytics, Consulting, Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Ability to tell a story using data and act as an advocate for data driven decision making.
  • Ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Working knowledge of data mining rules: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Motivated, self-starter, able to navigate in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and in Salesforce reporting (able to run reports, build dashboards).
  • Experience with Power BI.
