Responsibilities

In this role as a Contracts Manager, you will work closely with Darktrace’s Americas-based legal counsel and other members of the legal team, and with Darktrace’s sales team. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of the end-to-end contracting process and related functions for outbound and inbound contracts, including:

  • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting portions of MSAs, purchase orders, and NDAs, along with completing vendor forms and other ancillary customer documentation.
  • Analyzing issues in and preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of playbooks and legal processes, particularly those relating to contracting.
  • Responding to emails from Darktrace’s sales team and other Darktrace employees in a thoughtful and timely manner.
  • Organizing, populating and maintaining contract files and repositories.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient negotiation and execution of contracts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, J.D. or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management in the technology industry. Experience in cyber security is a plus.
  • General understanding of SaaS business models and related contracting issues and processes.
