We’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team to focus mainly on our Product and Engineering hiring needs.

As the technology industry continues to be the most hyper competitive and shallow talent pool in the world, to compete and differentiate, requires a “Fullstack” TA and Employment Brand team, enabling all Feedzaians to proactively engage with candidates and prospects, increasing referrals, shortening hiring cycles and creating regional and functional talent pipelines.

You will be partnering with a supportive and involved hiring and recruitment team across the globe. A truly global TA team, you’ll have counterparts in the US, UK and Portugal.

Your Day to Day:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment and candidate experience: develop job descriptions, interview lineups, source candidates, screen resumes, interview candidates, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements;
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements, functions, and organizational fit;
  • Act as the search expert for these functional teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and requirements;
  • Strategize multiple methods of building talent pipeline including active searches, passive searches, referral generation, and events/sourcing campaigns;
  • Maintain, manage, improve, and scale the recruiting process;
  • Drive improvements, solve problems, and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job.

You Have & You Know-how:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in a fast-paced organization;
  • Experience with ATS (ideally Greenhouse);
  • Creative sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard to fill requisitions;
  • Sound candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates;
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search);
  • Metric-driven approach for tracking and running a pipeline;
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision;
  • A bias for action and results-oriented mindset, motivated by stretch goals;
  • Experient in building meaningful and trusting relationships with important stakeholders.

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
