Your Day to Day:
- The primary role of the People Business Partner (PBP) is to spearhead the implementation and execution of vital talent programs, including performance management, career development, succession planning, skills enhancement, and rewards. The PBP serves as the primary point of contact for these programs, catering to a specific audience.
- This role will provide support to our Revenue team, addressing specific talent challenges, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and ensuring that the available expertise and tools contribute to a culture where individuals feel engaged, thereby enabling them to achieve both personal and collective goals.
- Additionally, this People Business Partner will support Revenue Enablement, empowering our Revenue teams with the necessary knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities. This might evolve by creating comprehensive training programs, Revenue Career Mapping, and educational content to ensure our Revenue colleagues are well-equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively.
You Have & You Know-how:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred;
- Relevant, progressive People Business Partner experience supporting front line, mid-level and executive leaders at a global level (EMEA, NAMER, LATAM and APAC);
- Previous exposure to Global Revenue teams, with a strong understanding of dynamics, context and challenges for ambitious ARR growth;
- Solid knowledge of concrete People competency areas such as organizational design and development, leadership development, change management, performance management, and employee relations;
- Very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates sound, consistent, trusted judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information.
- Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.
- Comfortable with high volume and very fast-paced workload; not afraid to “roll up your sleeves” to complete more tactical work.
- Able to switch between strategic and tactical work daily.
- Technology savvy with experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
