You:

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Account Development Manager to lead and be involved in the scale of our Europe and APAC ADR team. This role will be responsible for supporting a high-performing ADR team, and will be a key component in developing pipeline generation strategies, aligning closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive growth and revenue impact aligned with the Feedzai Go-to-Market.

Your Day to Day:

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Development Representatives across Europe and APAC.
  • Manage the full team lifecycle: recruit, onboard, and train new hires, set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and training to foster a high-performance culture and drive results.

GTM research, positioning & thought leadership

  • Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences, and workflows that maximize ADR efficiency.1
  • Serve as a thought leader by understanding industry trends, client challenges, and market segmentation, positioning Feedzai’s solutions to solve client needs with key messaging.1
  • Aggregate market information and provide creative feedback to stakeholders to refine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and spot new opportunities

Inbound and Outbound initiatives to generate pipeline

  • Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing, field sales, and partner managers on messaging and targeting.1
  • Coach the team on best practices for outbound campaigns (leveraging emails, account based marketing, calling, social selling, and more) and lead nurturing to convert them into qualified opportunities.1
  • Ensure application of BANT, CHAMP, and SPIN methodologies for a customer-centric, value-selling approach, and manage the successful handover of qualified opportunities.1

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Be data-driven to accurately forecast lead conversion and proactively build the required pipeline to hit targets.1
  • Leverage sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to monitor activity, report on team performance, and provide insights to leadership.

You Have & You Know-how:

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing a global sales development team, with a strong track record of supporting and building high-performing ADR or Inside Sales teams and exceeding pipeline generation targets.
  • Experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales development best practices, lead generation strategies, and CRM technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable team goals and demonstrate creative thinking for new opportunities.
  • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry preferred (Financial Crime is a plus)
