As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the product and the value it creates for our customers.
Here's where you'll make a significant impact:
- Carrying out product discovery activities, including user interviews and market research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
- Identifying product opportunities and determining the product features that will drive desired outcomes
- Communicating to stakeholders across the organization to align on product strategy and roadmap
- Representing the problem that prioritized initiatives look to solve
- Collaborating with UX design and engineering teammates on solution design and implementation
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans and enablement materials
- Monitoring and analyzing product usage analytics, iterating on product features and strategies to optimize value and increase engagement
Requirements
This role is a great fit for someone with:
- Experience in a product management role working on cyber security or data protection products in the B2B space
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a love of speaking to customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst successfully managing competing priorities to execute against plans, goals and milestones
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with qualitative user research platforms and product analytics tools
- A strong grasp of generative AI technologies, and how they are being adopted in the enterprise
