Role Description

We are hiring a full-time West Coast Channel Manager to join our team on-site in Mattapoisett, MA. The Channel Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, oversee channel sales activities, identify and execute partnership opportunities, and ensure consistent growth across the West Coast region. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to support partner success, driving revenue through channel networks, and creating strategies for long-term engagement and alignment with the company’s overall sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in channel management, partnership development, and relationship building
  • Strong sales acumen, with skills in negotiation, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics to track and enhance channel performance
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as necessary to meet partners and clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or AI technology industry is a strong advantage
