About the Role:

HiddenLayer is looking for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join our GTM team as a GTM Specialist. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the sales, channel and marketing teams to complement their efforts at driving pipeline. The functions of the role include executing required processes, follow-up engagement, and administrative tasks pivotal to accelerating pipeline, improving partner experience and speeding up all prospect communications. This role will also make sure our marketing and sales data is clean and accurate.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities to increase pipeline.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records in CRM by researching and utilizing sales data management tools.
  • Assist sales team with building and editing quotes for opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Channel team members on different tasks to ensure the teams are productive and efficient.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end order processing, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings
  • Use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions, including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners.
  • Provide an exceptional experience to prospects advising them on HiddenLayer technology to enable their company with Security for AI.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in distribution management, operations, program management, sales or equivalent work experience.
  • BS/BA in Business, Operations, or similar discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools/Google Suite.
  • Excellent communications skills, being able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Participate in building new processes and tools and delivering process optimization / improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with identifying gaps and opportunities, developing solutions, and providing sound business insights and recommendations through influencing.
