Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer

Location: Austin, TX (Candidate must be located in Austin)

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the CRO's day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives, revenue attainment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRO's complex calendar and prioritize appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CRO's review.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the CRO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with other executive assistants and team members across the organization.
  • Anticipate the CRO's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues.


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology or security-focused company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and the security landscape, advantageous.
