 We are seeking an experienced events marketing professional to lead our events strategy and execution. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Hypernative's event presence, including conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, and custom experiences that drive meaningful engagement with prospects and clients.
 Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be the primary driver of our in-person and virtual event strategy while also supporting broader marketing initiatives including campaign development and content strategy. You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Content teams to ensure events deliver exceptional experiences that build awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and institutional finance sectors. You’ll capture performance against all of your efforts, analyze results, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and increase revenue growth.

    -  Event Strategy & Planning (Primary Focus): Develop and own the comprehensive events strategy for Hypernative and its growth within the Americas, including conference selection, sponsorship evaluation, speaking opportunity identification, and custom event creation. Define success metrics and ROI frameworks for all event investments.
  -  Conference & Trade Show Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of major industry conferences and trade shows, including booth design and logistics, staff coordination, pre-event promotion, onsite management, lead capture processes, and post-event follow-up programs.
  -  Executive Roundtables & VIP Experiences: Plan and execute exclusive executive roundtables, CISO dinners, and VIP experiences that create intimate networking opportunities with target accounts and decision-makers.
  -  Webinar & Virtual Event Management: Own the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and virtual events including technical setup, speaker coordination, audience engagement strategies, and recording distribution.
  -  Event Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute pre-event marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels to maximize attendance and engagement. Create event-specific landing pages, promotional materials, and communication sequences.
  -  Sales Enablement for Events: Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts for event outreach, coordinate meeting scheduling, create event briefing materials, and ensure seamless handoff of leads post-event.
  -  Campaign Support: Collaborate with the wider Marketing team on integrated campaigns that leverage events as key touchpoints. Contribute to campaign strategy and content development as needed.
  -  Content & Collateral Development: Work with Content teams to develop event-specific materials including one-pagers, demos, presentations, and swag that effectively communicate Hypernative's value proposition to different audiences.
  -  Budget Management & Vendor Relations: Manage events budget, negotiate with vendors and venues, track spending, and optimize for ROI across all event activities.
  -  Measurement & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics including attendance, lead generation, pipeline influence, and conversion rates. Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve event strategy and execution.
