We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our growing team and lead our Business Development efforts globally. This is a unique opportunity to be the foundational leader responsible for generating a significant portion of the company’s revenue pipeline. You’ll take ownership of a developing function, guide and scale an existing team of BDRs, influence our global strategy, and build scalable processes that drive meaningful growth.
This is a strategic role where you will collaborate directly with Regional Sales Leadership to set the outbound prospecting strategy and be accountable for its successful execution and results.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Recruit, manage, onboard, and continually coach a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), helping them reach their full potential and develop career-readiness.
- Set clear, actionable goals and guide the team to achieve outstanding monthly, quarterly, and annual results, ensuring consistent revenue pipeline generation.
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
- Keep the team updated on industry best practices and evolving expectations.
Strategy and Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sales leadership, and Marketing to improve processes, increase efficiency, strengthen data accuracy, and set strategy and implement best practices across the BDR team.
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales playbook that optimizes inbound lead qualifications and drives outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads.
- Set clear, actionable goals and guide the team to achieve outstanding monthly, quarterly, and annual results, ensuring consistent revenue pipeline generation.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity across the entire global go-to-market.
Execution and Reporting
- Develop a deep understanding of Hypernative’s offerings to communicate their value effectively to potential clients.
- Understand customers’ unique needs and challenges to tailor a bespoke approach.
- Provide consistent visibility and insights into sales development activities, hand-off, dispositions, and outcomes by region, team, and individual.
- Ensure training and coaching around sales processes, best practices, and tools such as Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
- Share insights and best practices with cross-functional teams and other markets.
