About the Role:
We are looking for a Full-Stack R&D Team Lead to join our growing R&D organization.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building end-to-end product capabilities, from backend services and data pipelines to user-facing applications. You will work closely with the Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality features that support real-time Web3 security use cases.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical ownership with people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features and product enhancements
- Provide technical leadership across backend and frontend systems
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality
- Drive scalable and maintainable architectures for real-time, security-critical systems
- Collaborate closely with Product, Security, and Research teams to align technical solutions with business and customer needs
- Ensure high standards for testing, observability, performance, and reliability
- Take part in planning, sprint execution, and delivery commitments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development
- 5+ years of experience with Python (backend)
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., React)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL – advantage)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead a team toward high-quality delivery
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
