The Opportunity
The Customer Experience team at Immersive Labs encompasses Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Engineering, Professional Services and Enablement teams with the aim to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints in advocating, building and growing an ongoing healthy relationship with each customer.
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Proposal Management Lead to join our team. This role will drive various functions including RFP and proposal responses, advocacy marketing, partner engagement, program management, product feedback, and customer experience operations and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through effective proposal responses, customer advocacy, partner relationships, and program management.
Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):
- Manage the RFP and proposal response process for our large Enterprise customers, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Develop and execute advocacy marketing programs that engage and activate customers
- Lead program management initiatives, ensuring successful execution of tools, processes, and reporting
- Drive customer engagement through product feedback, usage initiatives, and success metrics
- Ensure smooth partner operations, including onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for proposals, customer support, and other key metrics for the Customer Experience org
- Manage existing and future tools for Customer Experience org, including implementation, performance, and success metrics
Success in this role will depend most on your approach, underlying skills and potential for growth, even if some of the above would be new to you. You should apply if you have:
- In depth experience in customer experience, proposal management, project and program management
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex initiatives
- Experience managing RFP and proposal responses, processes, and tools for Enterprise/Large customers segment
- Proven success in building and maintaining partner relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in advocacy marketing or customer experience is a plus
