Field Marketing Manager - DACH based

Due to the rapid growth of our marketing team, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help execute the demand generation plan for the DACH region. You’ll report into the Director, Global Revenue Marketing and will be working closely with the global marketing team.

You will be based within the DACH region but will frequently travel to our Global HQ in Bristol. You will support the sales team in the DACH region by helping to define a region-specific marketing plan that will include planning, and hosting in-person and virtual events including webinars, building and executing field marketing campaigns. All with the aim of creating net-new sales opportunities, accelerating growth and increasing brand awareness to drive leads for the DACH region.

If you like working with people from different cultures and backgrounds helping them to meet their goals and objectives while spending some of your time travelling and attending events we’ll welcome you and support your development.

In addition, this is an incredible opportunity to help the Cyber industry understand a brand-new class of cyber risk reduction and workforce readiness! You will have the opportunity to genuinely shape an emerging industry change and market category.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Support the DACH region, partnering with the sales team and business development team to enable them in the field with webinars, events, executive round tables, lunch & learns, trade shows and partner events

  • Travel to some events to provide in-person support when needed (20% travel)

  • Work closely with the Director, Revenue Marketing on regionalising events and messaging for DACH customers

  • Feedback to the product marketing team on what is and isn’t working in the region

  • Assist with writing promotional copy

You should apply if you have ​​(we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the ​​confidence gap​.​​ You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):

  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously with strong event management skills

  • Time spent working in a UK-based company covering the DACH region

  • B2B marketing experience would be an advantage as would industry knowledge of Technology, SaaS or Cyber.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent German Language skills

  • Ability to work with a remote and geo-disparate marketing and sales team

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Marketo, Eloqua a plus
