The Role

We’re looking to add an IT Operations Associate to our growing Boston office. You will be part of a scaling international IT Operations team split between the US and the UK. The team is responsible for delivering a secure and resilient end-user estate for a workforce that stretches from the US to the Middle East.

To help us effectively support our global employee base, this role has a slightly modified schedule, with an anticipated shift start at 10am EST.

What You'll Do

  • Triage and work incoming tickets within Jira Service Manager

  • Troubleshoot and fix/repair desktop hardware/software issues

  • Help current and new internal users navigate a variety of tools & SaaS applications used by Immersive Labs

  • Collaborate and enhance internal documentation

  • Assist with new employee onboarding

  • Build and deploy new joiner devices (Mac and Windows OS)

  • Setup, operate and maintain sound and video equipment for use at live events, such as meetings, business events/conventions, and webinars

  • Research and deploy relevant new technologies

Who You Are

  • Experience working in Google workspace and GCPW

  • Strong understanding of MacOS, iOS, and Windows. Some knowledge of linux and WSL is a plus

  • Experience with cloud based management systems like Automox and JamfPro.

  • Experience managing users in Onelogin or similar cloud-based identity and access management platform

  • Experience with Office 365

  • You have a strong understanding of SaaS applications and troubleshooting fundamentals.

  • Willingness to spend time helping users understand the best use of available tools end user training

  • You have a learning mindset with willingness to embrace change, work through challenges, seek new opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
