Sales Commission & Cost Manager

Are you a passionate and data driven expert with experience in sales compensation? Have you worked in a high-growth, product or service-led international company?

We’re looking for a Sales Commission and Cost Manager to join our Finance Team. In this role you will own the monthly, quarterly and annual operations around Immersive Labs’ variable compensation programme. You will be responsible for the end to end processes; driving process optimisation and automation.

You will act as a trusted partner for our Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and People Leaders across variable compensation queries and analytics.

This is a hybrid working opportunity, which requires 1 day a week in our Bristol HQ.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • To own the monthly operations around Immersive Labs’ variable commission end to end.

  • Preparing reports and forecasts and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the People, Legal, Sales and RevOps teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement of commission processes, models, and calculations.

  • To structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.

  • You will engage and support in the annual planning process, contributing towards updating sales compensation plans and align with business targets.

  • Working with the FP&A and Management Accountant teams to support implementation and management of regional & segmental reporting and cost base management

  • Experience in sales Finance business partnering, Sales operations or compensation or a related function, ideally in either SaaS or online B2B/B2C

  • Experience of working in a high-growth, product or service led international company

  • Hold exceptional communication skills to enable you to collaborate with stakeholders of different levels

  • You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset - You must love data and know the right questions to ask, constantly seeking to understand drivers of business performance and enjoy building models and presentations showcasing this.

  • You are a critical thinker, challenging the current status and looking to optimise employee experience through operations

  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Looker, Spiff is a plus
