Working in close partnership with clients and internal leadership, the <strong>Technical Client Director</strong> will manage an assigned portfolio of business and provide leadership and support to our multi-located teams. </p> <p>The<strong> Technical Client Director</strong> will handle assigned client and company projects throughout the lifecycle from inception to completion, conducting assessments and roadmaps while keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of statuses, risks, and issues involving the project portfolio. They will serve as a strategic advisor to client executive and technical teams, while providing key coordination of and communication to the NetSPI teams. This person will need to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment that is focused on excellence. </p> <p><strong>Primary duties: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain strong client relationships and expand our contacts within the client organization </li> <li>Work with internal and external NetSPI stakeholders to ensure timely execution of portfolio efforts, prioritizing large enterprise testing events. </li> <li>Effectively manage multiple engagements simultaneously; drive solutions for our clients </li> <li>Assist the NetSPI sales and consulting teams with the escalation of project issues, identification of opportunities for process improvement, and further development of the client relationship </li> <li>Regularly conduct constructive meetings with client and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page </li> <li>Identify new opportunities to grow the engagement and lead new business opportunities </li> <li>Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution between teams, and inform management of problems preventing goals from being met </li> <li>Communicate client questions, roadblocks, successes with the sales and consulting teams </li> <li>Monitor client vulnerability management program health and assess project plans for effectiveness and accuracy </li> <li>Assemble and share regular status updates with key personnel; report on project health, risks, issues, and areas needing assistance </li> <li>Establish and build a 'trusted advisor' relationship with the client organization </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Working understanding of major security industry frameworks, particularly NIST Cybersecurity Framework. </li> <li>5+ years of experience working on large-scale projects </li> <li>5+ years of experience with vulnerability management programs </li> <li>5+ years of experience working with security technical teams </li> <li>Experience in a client-facing consultative role in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) projects. </li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to details, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment </li> <li>Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude </li> <li>Experience growing accounts through exceptional service and partnership </li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25% </li> </ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="15%" align="right" valign="top">Location </td> <td>Remote </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="15%" align="right" valign="top">About the Organization </td> <td>NetSPI is a fast-growing, dynamic cybersecurity company headquartered in the North Loop of Minneapolis.
