Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Services leadership to:
Develop a clear and compelling roadmap for our services, aligning it with the overall company strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for service growth.
Define and prioritize service features, enhancements, and expansions based on customer feedback and market demand.
Product Development:
Lead end-to-end offering development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
Work closely with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure offering success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation and operation.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans.
Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
Customer Focus:
Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and usage data, identifying areas for improvement and driving service enhancements.
Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Extensive experience in cyber security professional services, specifically related to Offensive Security
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
