We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead our PTaaS (Pen Testing as a Service) and Vulnerability Management platform. As a member of our growing organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity by developing and managing innovative products that address the most pressing challenges our customers face.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding Vulnerability Management and PTaaS platforms and be passionate about delivering innovative products that meet customers’ needs. This position will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, working with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with customer requirements, and executing the go-to-market strategy for NetSPI’s PTaaS management solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Take ownership of the longer-term strategic direction and near-term product roadmap for NetSPI’s PTaaS module. Work closely with our pen testing service leaders, cross functional teams as well as with customers to develop a keen understanding of our pen testing service delivery as well as customer challenges and use cases. Develop a product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and market trends.
  • Feature Prioritization: Assess customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives to prioritize and define new features and enhancements for the PTaaS module.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, pen testing services teams, project management, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate product requirements to the engineering team.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate product launches by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are effectively incorporated into product development and decision-making processes.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, product demonstrations, and sales collateral to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and trends in the cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is welcome.
  • 5 years of product management experience with a strong focus on vulnerability management, pen testing as a service and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing product iterations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Platforms, cybersecurity concepts, techniques, and tools, including knowledge of threat modeling, security testing methodologies, and vulnerability management.
  • A keen understanding of user experience, UX design, and a focus on customer delight.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
