Join the mission as EVP of Global Sales, reporting to NetSPI's CRO. The EVP of Global Sales will be responsible for driving and owning our corporate sales number. This leader will have sales managers who own various regional quotas and teams report directly to them in this role. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales leader with experience as a 2nd or 3rd line manager, a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and a demonstrated track record of growing sales and exceeding revenue targets.
This person will lead, grow, and develop NetSPI's sales team to help us reach our ambitious revenue goals and long-term vision. We are seeking a leader who is a strong public speaker and knows how to uniquely motivate others. This leader will also need to be an expert in solution-selling and have an incredible acumen for coaching and advising their team.

Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing sales team that is responsible for driving revenue growth
This role will directly manage NetSPI's sales leadership team. These leaders manage NetSPI's Account Executive's across various segments including: Strategic, Enterprise & Commercial accounts.
Develop and execute strategies, processes, and tactics that support achievement of team sales goals
Create forward-looking plans to support future growth targets
Manage and report to executive leadership on sales activity to ensure we are on target to achieve key performance objectives
Work closely with leadership to ensure our existing processes and technology works in alignment with our goals as well as developing innovative approaches to continue to enhance our sales execution
Participate in new GTM strategies with executive leadership, sales leadership, and sales ops
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven track record of driving a team quota in a sales leadership role
Experience both leading and building high-performing sales teams
Must have executive-facing presentation skills
Proven sales forecasting expertise
Experience leveraging a proven sales methodology to guide a team
