NetSPI is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator knowledgeable in finance or professional services that will support revenue-generating systems (Professional Services Automation, Billing and Revenue Management). Certinia (FinancialForce) experience is desired.

As part of the growing Revenue Operations team, the Salesforce Administrator, Revenue Systems will be integral in maintaining the Certinia (FinancialForce) application (PSA, Billing Central, and Revenue Management), streamlining the operations of the business by working closing with our finance, operations/IT, client delivery management and services departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of Certinia (FinancialForce) applications (PSA, Revenue Management, Billing Central) and coordinate with external Certinia support & customer success to troubleshoot issues, maintain smooth operation, performance of the platform, and understanding of new releases and features
  • Provide first-level support to internal Certinia end users to solve, troubleshoot, support change requirements, address service issues, and communicate changes and new features.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (customizing and deploying standard and custom profiles, creating and managing roles, auditing licenses, monitoring security settings, modifying page layouts, and building and managing reports).
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants on complex requests and system-wide changes within the Salesforce environment.
  • Assist with implementing/testing new releases and service packs for the Certinia managed package and regularly communicate releases and features to internal teams.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, maintaining process and policy documentation, and related help materials for users. Create and manage in-depth customized reports and dashboards while partnering with the Analytics team to ensure data quality.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of internal revenue systems and processes while expanding knowledge through proactive, regular and self-led learning and training opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on new Salesforce, Certinia, and IT-related features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Certinia applications and technical features.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Based in the Twin Cities
  • Background in Finance, Professional Services, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Working knowledge of various secondary products and solutions offered by Salesforce, as well as the ability to teach basic Salesforce functions.
  • Power user in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to successfully drive projects to completion, whether with a small team or alone with limited oversight
  • Highly communicative and strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certinia (FinancialForce) experience is desired but not required
  • Experience building, testing and/or deploying from Salesforce sandbox and staging environments to a production environment.
  • Salesforce certification preferred (working towards or currently held).
